This is a magnificent four-story house, large garden and pool. Naturally it has private parking. Its magnificent exterior appearance is reminiscent of the rationalist houses of Madrid of yesteryear with a new and sophisticated air.

Naturally it has natural light all day long thanks to its large windows and a skylight.
