A lovely secluded hide away in the centre of Ibiza close to Santa Gertrudis surrounded by woodland and a mature Mediterranean garden. It takes only 5 minutes to get to Santa Gertrudis which has an array of international restaurants, bars and great ambience.

The villa has several terraces on which to chill out or enjoy Al Fresco dining. Inside is modern and very well equipped with all expected mod cons. Each room and bathroom is individual with chic design by Godrich Interiors. If you are looking for total peace and privacy in wonderful and luxurious surroundings then this is the villa for you.

The outdoor areas are vast and include a large pool (6m x 20m) which can be lit up at night, numerous sun loungers, daybeds, decked terrace with chill out area, BBQ and pizza oven, hammock and a beautiful Yurt in the middle of the garden.

There are large private grounds boasting a wonderful mature garden with lawns, palm trees, natural rock outcrops and a stunning olive grove. There is also enough space for parking for up to 10 cars.

Inside, the main house is beautifully designed and features a large open plan living area opening out onto the terrace, with an abundance of comfortable seating and bar area. There is a separate TV room with plasma screen (64 inch 3D), as well as a spacious dining area seating up to 14 people.

The villa is fitted with a fully equipped modern kitchen with top quality modern appliances (refrigerator, freezer, hobs, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher) to prepare and serve delicious meals. There is internet connection and air conditioning throughout the house and a sound system (inside and outside).

The separate guest house offers a cosy lounge area with TV and a well equipped kitchenette.
