Double Room B Adjacent to the dining room, the two sliding doors reveal the wonderful views of the terrace. It includes 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm that can be separated or joined to make a bed of 180 x 200 cm. This way it can be used by two people individually or by a couple. It has a private bathroom next to it and a desk.

This room is specially designed and decorated for children and teenagers, but as it has a bunk bed with two 90 x 190 cm beds, it can also be used by adults. This room has an en suite bathroom and is adjacent to the games room.

Laundry and Games Room

This combined space functions both as a laundry space and as a playroom for the children. The dresser hides the washing machine and dryer, which leaves perfectly enough space to play.In this room there are some board games and children’s books so that the children can also enjoy their own space.

The Kitchen

The flat has a spacious kitchen which is fully equipped, including a table for breakfast or a snack. Eat

The gastronomic offer is unbeatable, the best restaurants in Madrid such as Ten Con Ten, Amazónico, Supermercados Quintín, El Paraguas La Maruca, and Michelin Star restaurants such as Ramón Freixa, Kabuki Wellington, Álbora or Punto Mx, just around the corner.
