The master bedroom will be furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and a large dressing room. The bathroom in this bedroom has a large bathtub and storage space under the sink. The second bedroom is exterior with views of Velázquez. It is equipped with a double trundle bed that provides flexibility, a desk with chair and armchair and a spacious dressing room. This room offers great versatility as it can be used as a double bedroom or as a work area. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

Design: modern, new thanks to the fact that the furniture is brand new (year 2020) and the building has been recently refurbished. The floor is made of wooden flooring.

Facilities: the whole flat is domotized and air-conditioned.

Furnishings: it has everything you need to move in and brand new furniture. The sofa is a bed to be able to accommodate more people in the flat without taking space for the common areas.

Building: recently refurbished in 2015, with garage and concierge.

SURROUNDINGS

Neighbourhood: it is located in the emblematic Salamanca neighbourhood in Madrid. Very close to the streets of Velázquez, Ortega y Gasset and Serrano where the main renowned shops are located. You can also find neighbourhood shops with very nice designs. You can mix a day of shopping with Hermés, Chanel, Tiffany’s, Suárez, Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, El Corte Inglés, Zara, Mango, Massimo Dutti, Michael Kors, etc.

Culture: there are several museums and foundations of very good quality. The Juan March Foundation (organises many exhibitions, concerts, talks, etc.), National Library, National Archaeological Museum, Casa de la Moneda, Casa de América as well as the open air sculpture museum in the Castellana. The botanical garden is also nearby.

Leisure: the Retiro Park is 1.5km away, a perfect distance to walk. You can do various activities such as having a drink in the bars, enjoying the boats on the lake, the temporary fairs, sports (from running, cycling, skating, yoga, football, tennis, paddle tennis, etc).

Restaurants: for sweets we have Mallorca, Manolo Bakes. For restaurants: Cañadío, Street-Xo, La Bien Aparecida, El Paraguas, Amazónico, Quintín, Los Gallos, Puerto Lagasca, Treze, Ten Con Ten, Ronda 14, Villoldo, etc.

Supermarkets: we have one in the same block as the building. It is of the brand Día, it is small but with the necessary to be able to stock up.

TRANSPORT

Metro: Núñez de Balboa station (210 metres from the entrance of the building), lines 5 and 9.

Bus: Velázquez 104, lines 9, 19, 51 and N4, Diego de León 16, line 61.

Cercanías: Nuevos Ministerios station (2km, 26 minutes walking), lines C1, C2, C3, C4, C7, C8 and C10

Train station: Atocha 8 minutes by car, 3.3 km walk (39 minutes), 27 minutes by metro line 5 (Núñez de Balboa – Gran Vía) and line 1 (Gran Vía – Atocha Cercanías).

Airport: Adolfo Suárez Madrid Barajas 10 minutes by car, 34 minutes by metro line 8 (Airport – Colombia) and line 9 (Colombia – Núñez de Balboa)

Catering: if you need to organize a dinner with homemade food, good quality, diverse, to surprise someone or as a business lunch, let us know, we are ready to provide this service.

Cleaning: it is optional and we offer this service whenever you need it. This way you can always have the flat in the best possible condition.

Maintenance: we make sure that there is no damage to the flat. Any incident must be notified to the contact provided when the rental is made.

Arrival and departure of the flat: when the booking is made, we agree on the time of arrival. From 16:00 the check-in time, until 11:00 the check-out time. Any request outside these hours will have to be reported to our team who will assess the possibility.
