Es Torrent boasts stunning outdoor chillout spaces and terrace areas overlooking the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.

Near the house, a sunny coffee table and comfortable chairs occupy the terrace that adjoins the sliding glass doors to the dining room. From here, a terrace of dark wood decking and Balinese-style wooden shutters extends to accommodate a yoga platform, a large 7 x 2 m pool and ample sofas. Beyond, an outdoor dining area, with a large wooden table for ten, benches and a gas barbecue, is the perfect place for evening entertaining.

Nearby, another terrace overlooks the sea to offer a commanding view of the rugged coves and blue waters of the bay. During the day, relax here on the rattan loungers, or return at sunset to enjoy the beautiful sunset with friends.

An immaculate lower terrace houses the large swimming pool which is shared with some of the neighboring houses. It is rarely used, so Es Torrent’s guests often have its sparkling waters to themselves.

Inside, this beautiful Ibizan villa offers equally fantastic sea views. From the pool terrace, sliding doors open onto a rustic dining table, which seats eight. Next door, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy study with seating and a cinema TV.

From here, stairs lead to the upper floor, where you’ll find one of five spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and the bright, open-plan main living area. White walls and bright sea views maximize the light streaming in through the sliding glass doors from the spacious terrace.

The open plan living room, with TV, sofa and free-standing hanging fireplace, is a charming and cozy space. A glass breakfast table divides the living room from the well-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, bathed in light from the glass doors that give additional access to the upper terrace.

The other four double bedrooms are located on the first floor. Spacious, with white walls, polished cement details and white bedding, each has its own en-suite bathroom with shower.

Terraces off each of the first floor bedrooms surround the house, from shaded sofas to a line of white sun loungers with idyllic sea views that link to the first floor terrace and pool.
