Standard Cancellation Policies
Each property on Puro Dreams operates under one of four cancellation tiers, as selected by the property manager. The applicable cancellation policy for your booking is displayed on the property listing page and in your booking confirmation.
None
No refund
- Cleaning costs are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
- If there is a complaint from either party, Puro Dreams must be notified by email within 24 hours of check-in.
- Puro Dreams will mediate when necessary and will have the last word in all disputes.
- The reservation is officially cancelled when the guest completes the cancellation process through their booking confirmation.
- Applicable taxes will be withheld and remitted.
Flexible
Full refund up to 3 days before arrival, except operational charge
- Cleaning costs are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
- Operational charge is non-refundable. If there is a complaint from either party, Puro Dreams must be notified by email within 24 hours of check-in.
- Puro Dreams will mediate when necessary and will have the last word in all disputes.
- The reservation is officially cancelled when the guest completes the cancellation process through their booking confirmation.
- Applicable taxes will be withheld and remitted.
Moderate
Full refund up to 7 days before arrival, except operational charge

50% refund up to 7 days before arrival, except operational charge

General Provisions
The cancellation policy applicable to your reservation is the one selected by the property manager at the time of booking. This policy is clearly displayed on the property page before you confirm your reservation.
