At Rocky Whitman, When entering the villa a 400 year old Olive tree is left in peace inside the construction. Straight forward the living presents itself in an open plan situation where you find – on entrance level to the right – the indoor dining area for 12 persons and also the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. And is very near the Port of Banus

• All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are positioned well apart for total privacy
• Two bedrooms is located directly to the right from the entrance
• As you continue through the hallway another bedroom with en suite bathroom is located left of the entrance
• The master bedroom is absolutely spacious with a great en suite bathroom and walk in closet with views to the pool area
• In total there are 5 bedrooms
• Another bedroom with en suite bathroom is located in the basement area with direct access to the pool area

• From the kitchen area there is direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool area
• The partly covered terrace with its quality terrace furniture as well as the lounge seating has an atmosphere of great cosiness
• POOL HEATING: The pool can be heated during low season (October – May) at an additional weekly cost
• If customers require pool heating this needs to be informed when making a reservation or at least 1 week before arrival
