Use of an electric V-Class Mercedes. The car comes with fully comprehensive insurance, but with an excess of 2000 euros for accidents or damage. Anyone over 25 years can drive the car.

2 Chefs work 8 hours each per day. Exception – they each get one day off a week, meaning two days of the week there is only one chef on call.

Caretaker/Gardener maintains the grounds, gardens and pool area.
