The views from Big Apple’s pool terrace are breathtaking: wide swaths of the deep blue Mediterranean Sea stretch to the romantic silhouette of Dalt Vila, Ibiza’s old town, and the rugged slopes of the island of Formetera.

Enjoy these magnificent views from the 10m x 5m saltwater pool, from a sunny poolside lounger, or from the shaded terrace with outdoor dining area, which seats 14 people: Big Apple has no shortage of places to relax and enjoy the views.

The poolside terrace features a barbecue and summer kitchen. Or climb the sunny steps amid fragrant lavender to an upper terrace near the main living area. Here there is another outdoor dining area with seating for 12, a relaxing lounge and more lovely sea views.

Inside, the living areas benefit from a clean and simple style, without skimping on high-tech luxuries. The sunny terrace and dining area open directly onto the interior living room, with large bright sofas that make the most of the sea views. The well-equipped kitchen is light and neutral wood, with cool marble countertops.

On the first floor there is an additional living room that opens onto the pool terrace. Here you will find a cozy studio with home theater system. In addition, there is a small gym.

The fresh white walls, polished floors and understated style are maintained in the six spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and king-size beds. The master suite has private access to a lovely terrace with sun loungers and views of the sea and countryside. In fact, all but one of the bedrooms enjoy stunning ocean views.

Please note that this is a quiet residential neighborhood, with a zero tolerance policy for noise and loud music between 11pm and 10am. For those traveling with small children, a selection of toys, cribs and high chairs can be provided.

Big Apple is a fabulous villa with incredible sea views, ideally situated to enjoy the delights of Ibiza Town, less than ten minutes drive away. The golden sandy beach of Playa Talamanca is even closer.
