Brac Bliss II, an exquisite residence perched on the outskirts of the ancient Roman village of Skrip on the Island of Brac, Croatia, offers an unparalleled experience with its luxurious amenities and breathtaking views. Spanning 530 sqm of living space and a total area of 840 sqm, this 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa accommodates up to 10 guests.

Brac Bliss II features three Double Suites with Super King Beds, each boasting a living room and a private terrace. The grand Master Suite, covering 58 sqm, includes 2 walk-in closets, an oversized bathtub, a spacious shower, and a living room. A King Size Bed and captivating views of the ocean and gardens complete the experience. Adjacent terraces provide immediate access to the lush surroundings.

Additionally, Suites 1 and 2, each 36 sqm, are strategically placed on opposite sides of the villa, featuring King-Size Beds convertible into twins and terraces offering picturesque views of both the ocean and gardens. Two Double Rooms, 22 sqm each, are also strategically positioned, offering King-Size Beds convertible into twins, walk-in closets, and terraces with garden and sea views.

All bedrooms boast dedicated bathrooms with showers, toilets, and bidets, with one bathroom featuring a bathtub. The bathrooms include double vanities, Brac stone amenity holders, and generous granite counter tubs. The Master Suite stands out with its spacious bathroom, featuring an oversized “Egg” bathtub, and all bedrooms ensure privacy with 100% electronic blackout shutters.

Brac Bliss’s public spaces are equally impressive, featuring a 104 sqm Living Room with dramatic ocean and garden views, a 35 sqm Media Room/Library Terrace for entertainment, and a Summer Kitchen for outdoor dining. The fully equipped 76 sqm kitchen adjoins the 45 sqm Dining Room, providing ocean and garden views. A 35 sqm Dining Room Terrace complements the dining experience.

Outdoor amenities include a 16m x 5m heated infinity pool with electronic filtration, a poolside dining area, loungers, and a shaded veranda. A 6-person Jacuzzi, Wine/Olive Oil Cellar, Gym with various equipment, Sauna for 8 persons, and a Yoga Platform surrounded by olive groves enhance the villa’s appeal.

Brac Bliss’s Skrip location ensures easy access to beaches, with the historic port and stone-working city of Pucisca just 18 minutes away. Conveniently close to the northern coast of Brac, the villas offer a wealth of activities and easy accessibility from Split via water taxi or ferry.
The villas provide an extensive list of amenities on request, including toiletries, medicines, and grooming tools. A permanent, professional staff of four ensures top-notch service, and security features such as a gated entry and outdoor cameras provide peace of mind. Brac Bliss II welcomes weddings and events for up to 50 people when both Villa Johanna and Brac Bliss II are booked, and 30 people for single villa bookings, following the same guest policies and regulations.

An Accessible Island Location – Skrip, Brac

The villa is located on the edge of the Village of Skrip, Island of Brac, Croatia. Skrip is an ancient Roman village with a history stretching back more than 2000 years. There is a small grocery store and outdoor café in town, a children’s playground and the island’s only museums – both the Museum of Olive Oil and the Museum of Brac, which includes Roman artifacts.
The Villa is situated about 1.5 kilometres from the coast as the crow flies and have commanding sea views, as they are perched atop a hill, on a plateau containing the town of Skrip. The houses genuinely have a coastal feel, and at night the entire lights of Split and mountains behind sparkle in the distance – it’s 8 kms from the villas to Split.
The villa enjoy superb beach access. There are good beaches in Splitska (just below, 4 minutes’ drive downhill, walkable on nice footpaths leading down) and on the road to Supetar (11 minutes away) which has multiple beaches including beach clubs/bars. There is a marvellous selection of nearby beaches with easy bathing in Postira (8 minutes away). The piece de resistance is Lovrecina Beach (only 14 minutes away) – a beautiful, super sandy (rare in Croatia), long shall beach with beach bar and restaurant. Lovrecina is arguably the best beach on Brac – competing in beauty with Bol’s Zlatni Rat which is 35 minutes’ drive away. Finally, there is the historic port and stone-working city Pucisca, which also has great beaches and is located 18 minutes’ drive away.
The villa’ location on the northern coast of Brac is fortuitous – as the immediate area boasts a wealth of things to do and is the most accessible part of the island to Split, which is a 25-minute water taxi away. Nearby, the town of Supetar is the capital of the island, with the most shopping, hotels, restaurants and things to do (including bars and night life); the south side (with the exception of the resort and beach (Golden Horn) of Bol which is the island’s party / younger area) is less populated.
Brac has 25 well-maintained bike trails that together make up 1026 kilometres.
Brac Airport (Bol) is only 25 minutes away by car. The airport boasts substantial private jet traffic and several commercial routes in the season (Zagreb, Bolsano, Vienna). Pre-Covid, there was regular charter service from Graz, Klagenfurt, Ljubljana and Munich. Commercial airline service to Brac is anticipated to expand in next years as Split Airport is already over-subscribed in season.
Split is 20 minutes by water taxi from either Splitska or Supetar, or 50 minutes with ferry from Supetar. A car ferry goes almost every hour in summer season. A fast hydrofoil runs to Split from Sutivan (17 minutes’ drive) in the summer from 3-4 times a day and takes 25 minutes. Water taxis can be ordered throughout the season. Split has Croatia’s busiest airport, with direct flights from all over Europe, and a ferry service is slated to re-start in 2023 directly from the Airport’s water taxi drop-off to Brac.
