A Garage for 4 Cars and parking for up to 6 additional cars are available within the estate. On request, Brac Bliss offers a range of amenities, and the villa is staffed with four permanent staff and one seasonal staff, ensuring top-notch service. Miscellaneous notes include a no-pet policy (with exceptions), designated smoking areas, and the acceptance of weddings/events for a maximum of 50 people for both villas booked, and 30 people for a single villa. Skrip is an ancient Roman village with a history stretching back more than 2000 years. Brac has 25 well-maintained bike trails that together make up 1026 kilometres. Pre-Covid, there was regular charter service from Graz, Klagenfurt, Ljubljana and Munich. A car ferry goes almost every hour in summer season. Water taxis can be ordered throughout the season. The library also features a large 70-inch Samsung TV (with iTunes, Netflix & Apple TV) and an eclectic DVD movie collection – just in case your Netflix membership isn’t working! There is a card table / desk suitable for games and puzzles (with which the villa comes well- furnished, and a h Laptop and printer for guests. The library, along with the Dining Room, would be suitable for conferences, Board meeting and corporate off-sites.

The dog can be penned / kept in service quarters if guests are not dog-friendly, but the dog provides excellent security.
