There is a distant ocean view of San Antonio Bay, the hills of San Jose and a view of the town below. This is the west coast of the island, so there are many places where you can enjoy the famous Ibiza sunsets.

Perfectly located, this property is close to some of the best beaches on the island. For example Cala Gracio and Gracionetta are at 5 minutes, Punta Galera and Cala Salada at 10 minutes, Platges de Conte, Cala Tarida and Cala Carbo at 15 minutes and Salinas at 20 minutes. The property is gated and has an alarm system.

There are 2 large outdoor entertainment areas, which both seat 15-20 people and 2 other outdoor seating areas spread over the large terrace and outdoor space. There are luxury sun loungers surrounding the pool as well as comfortable outdoor furniture.
