In a quiet residential area above the bay of San Agustin, West Cala is a bright and spacious vacation home in an excellent location to enjoy the delights of San Antonio and the beautiful west coast of Ibiza.

Here, you are just a five-minute drive from the restaurants, bars and nightlife of San Antonio and ten minutes from the wide stretch of golden sand and crystal clear waters of Cala Bassa.

Set on a spacious plot of 1,325m2, the private gardens feature lawns, terraces and covered areas, creating a wonderful place to relax day or night.

The pool is surrounded by an elegant wooden terrace and a row of sun loungers where you can enjoy the Ibizan sun. Tall palm trees frame the view of rooftops and distant hills from poolside seating, while at the far end of the garden, a tall, craggy pine tree shields the sun.

The terrace that stretches the full width of the villa houses two outdoor dining areas, seating four and six people respectively. Here, wide sliding glass doors open to cozy indoor living rooms.

L-shaped seating surrounds a large television, along with a formal indoor dining room that seats eight. In the spacious and bright kitchen there is a breakfast table for four.

There is also a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the first floor. The rest of the four double bedrooms, including the master suite, are located on the wide staircase on the upper floor. The master suite has access to the upper terrace and has a large bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath. The other three bedrooms share the family bathroom.

A quiet location within walking distance of the famous beaches and sunsets of Ibiza’s west coast and the hustle and bustle of San Antonio.
