Med Xamena is located 185 metres above the blistering Mediterranean Sea and offers incredible and unobstructed sunsets and sea views. The port is one of the best and most atmospheric towns on the island, and the perfect place to enjoy food, live music and stunning views. The town of Ibiza is 20 minutes away by car and as the island’s capital it’s an absolute must-see. Charming and atmospheric, it is the ideal place to spend an afternoon or evening wandering the old town and enjoying a meal in one of its many world-class restaurants.

Distributed into two floors, the house is accessed through the top level into the hall

Fully equipped kitchen contains 2 x fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and has a back door to the exterior
Bedroom 1: king sized bed (2.00m x 2.00m) and a bathtub in the bedroom and TV. It also has a separate toilet and shower room. main floor
Bedroom 2: double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and built in bathtub, main floor
Bedroom 3: king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), ensuite bathroom (bathtub), TV, and private terrace with two sun beds, situated one level up over the living area and accessed by modern wooden steps with no railing
The rest of the bedrooms area accessed from the exterior and are situated at a lower level.
