This spacious villa combines modern Ibiza chic with breathtaking views of the glittering Balearic Sea, the Salinas and Ibiza Town. Here you are close to the beautiful beaches of Salinas and Cala Jondal, as well as the famous beach bars of the south coast of Ibiza.

A short drive from the hustle and bustle of Ibiza Town, this Ibizan vacation home sits on a 30,000 m2 plot of land that gives it a decidedly secluded and private feel. The spectacular gardens offer wonderful views and plenty of places to relax.

Amidst tall palm trees and green lawns, a large 17m x 4m saltwater pool occupies a large sun terrace. The pool features a gentle shelving beach effect that extends its overall width to 17m x 7m. This glorious pool is ideal for families with young children or just lazing in shallow water under the warm Ibizan sun.

Next to the pool, a century-old olive tree and a white gazebo provide adequate shade for a poolside chill-out area. It is an ideal place to relax day or night on the white sofas.

Another large terrace, closer to the house, offers more space to relax outdoors. Step out here to watch the sunrise, relax during the day or, at sunset, enjoy the spectacular colors of an Ibizan sunset.

The immaculate interiors of this modern Aqua Calm feature light-filled living rooms and spacious bedrooms with private terraces. Sliding glass doors open the bright and stylish kitchen to an alfresco dining table overlooking a garden of Mediterranean shrubs. Or, if you prefer to sit inside, take a seat at the sunny breakfast table or lustrous breakfast bar. The main living room, with gleaming tiled floors, white walls and large cream-colored sofas, opens onto another terrace with seating and beautiful sea views.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. White linens, polished wood floors, atmospheric art pieces and sun-drenched terraces combine to create a series of peaceful guest accommodations with stunning garden views.
