In the heart of legendary Courchevel 1850, one of Europe’s finest ski destinations, Chalet Alpenstar is perfectly situated for enjoying the delights of this famed resort.

Chalet Alpenstar offers up tantalising views of La Saulire and the surrounding peaks. It’s wonderful to gather together on the wooden benches outside to soak up the view after a day skiing the same peaks.

Inside, there’s a fairy-tale feel to the main living areas, with heavy rustic timbers and bright soft furnishings. A wide expanse of sofa seating affords everyone the chance to relax in front of the blazing wood fire.

The rustic timbers continue through to the bedrooms, which have a serene and homely ambiance. The master suite offers beautiful views to La Saulire, while the family room includes bunks for the kids, and there are three further double rooms, accommodating up to twelve guests in all.

After an exhilarating day on the slopes of Couchevel, you’ll love to return to the basement spa, where you can soak tired muscles in the indoor pool or give them some heat treatment in the sauna.

You could also rent Chalet Alpenstar’ sister property, Chalet Eclat. It is directly next-door, and both chalets combined can accommodate a group of 22 guests.

Courchevel 1850 is undeniably one of the most glamorous ski resorts in the world and, as such, you can enjoy wonderful boutiques, Michelin-starred restaurants and a casino close to home. Plus, of course, as part of Les Trois Valles, from Courchevel 1850 you have access to the largest linked ski area in the world.

Bedroom 1
Basement – Double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 2
Basement – Family room with four single beds. Two of the single beds can be joined to form a double bed and there is a bunkbed. The en-suite bathroom has a bath tub with shower.

Master Suite
Ground Floor – Beautiful spacious room with a large king size bed, a flatscreen TV with a wide range of satellite channels in a number of languages, access to a private outside terrace and a majestic view over La Saulire. A charming seating area showcases the work of international designers, while the bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, a double basin and separate shower.

Bedroom 4
Ground Floor – Beautifully furnished room with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and breathtaking views over the surrounding peaks.

Bedroom 5
Ground Floor – Beautifully furnished room with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and breathtaking views over the surrounding peaks.
