This property has been completely renovated (2019) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The interior is modern and stylishly decorated. The flat is located next to the beach, only 500 meters walk from the beach of Cancelada, where the high-end beach complex of Villa Padierna is located.

From the entrance of the flat on the right you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen. On the left is the living room with a dining table for 6 people and a group of sofas with flat screen TV.

From the living room there is access to the terrace with an outdoor dining area for 6 people.

The staircase on the terrace leads you to the roof terrace with a large living room and 4 sunbeds to enjoy the sun. The property is close to the main road and consequently there is noise from this road on the upper terrace.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom offers a shower, toilet and single wash basin. The other bedroom has 1 double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The last rooms have a shared bathroom with shower, toilet and single wash basin.

The urbanization offers an enclosed communal swimming pool accessible from the street.

The Villa Padierna beach club is an exclusive beach club with high quality standards. The Mercadona supermarket is only 1 km away from the flat. The city centre of Cancelada is 800 metres away and also within walking distance.

The cozy city centre of San Pedro is 7 km from the flat and is really an excellent area for a night walk.

If you need clean sheets and towels during your stay, please let us know when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 15 p. person. A minimum of 6 people is required.
