This stunning property is just 1 km from the square of Selva, 6 km from Inca and 25 km from the beach and two golf courses – Pollensa and Aucanada (over the sea).

On accessing the house, there is a spectacular staircase and a water fountain from which you have access to the bright living room with fireplace.

There is a large dining room from which we can access the large kitchen with pantry and direct access to the garden with vegetables and fruits, there is also a guest WC.

On the first floor are four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and a card to open and operate the lights.

All rooms have a minibar, safe, jacuzzi, hydromassage shower, individual climate control, hairdryer, dressing room, private terrace, radio, music system, WiFi alarm clock and satellite TV.
