Luxury hill top villa with stunning views to the bay of Puerto Pollensa

The house combines the tranquility the countryside with close proximity to the Port of Pollensa and its services, beaches, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The villa has a wide entrance esplanade, which allows ball games such as basketball and football, where you will also find a garage.

The beautiful entrance gives access to a large, bright living room with spectacular windows giving panoramic views of the bay of Puerto Pollensa, the mountains in the distance and the countryside between Pollensa and the Port. The living area features a football table, a separate TV area with fireplace and direct access to a large porch and front terrace with spectacular views. There is an independent dining room also with views of the bay and the mountains and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with porch.

The lower floor is where you will find all of the bedrooms, a small kitchen and the pool terrace. There is a small barbeque area next to the pool and a spacious covered dining / relaxing area on the front terrace where you can enjoy the views.

On this same floor you will find the master bedroom with large closets, an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace.
There are a further three bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, one with two double beds, and one with twin beds, the last two rooms have access to 2 family bathrooms.
