Bright two-bedroom apartment in Las Letras

The apartment is located in Madrid’s Las Letras neighborhood, one of the most beautiful areas of the city for its historic location and proximity to the main cultural attractions.

The decor stands out for its harmonious balance between modern and antique, with white wooden floors, a chandelier on a rustic wooden coffee table and a colorful fireplace with geometric motifs. The kitchen has been recently renovated. All Home Club apartments have top brand appliances; here you will have a microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

A huge photographic reproduction is the focal point of the living/dining room. It is furnished with a sofa and several small tables in front of the flat screen TV. The built-in bookshelves display antique books that lend authenticity. At the other end of the spectrum, the colorful wallpaper in the second bedroom lends a casual air to the space.

Location

The best thing about the apartment’s location is that it is an area with plenty to see and do. The most characteristic of this traditional Madrid neighborhood are its narrow streets, bars, cafes and eclectic boutiques. It is easy to walk around, as the area is pedestrianized and traffic is limited to residents only. There are very good restaurants, such as Cebo, an authentic food restaurant where people keep coming back. Their staff will be happy to help you with their tasting menu and wine pairing. Another option is East 47 Restaurant-Bar, an ideal place for tapas.

In the area you have the Botanical Garden, a great place to relax and enjoy the colorful exotic flowers and plants. For a cultural visit, there is the Prado Museum, which houses an impressive collection of world-class European art. To get to know the rest of the city, the Antón Mantín metro station is very close, and will take you comfortably to any other place.

Area: 70 m2. Third floor. The entrance leads to a hallway that leads to a spacious living-dining room area with three balconies to the street. The furniture consists of a three-seater sofa, two poufs, a wooden coffee table, a 32′ LCD TV with DVD and a dining table for four people. The kitchen, to the left of the entrance, is equipped with a small refrigerator, 2-plate ceramic hob, microwave and a washing machine. There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) with dressing room; and the second bedroom, a trundle bed (2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m), the second one removable) and a closet. The bathroom has a shower.
