The house dates back to the XVI century and has been restored keeping the Majorcan style of both the exterior and interior. It is surrounded by a hectare and a half of incredible gardens and features a large pool with porch. The decoration combines antique Majorcan furnishings with antique and modern art.

The first floor has stunning views of the Tramuntana Mountains and the Cabo de Formentor, sea views to ​​the Bay of Alcudia and the Sierra del Levante of Mallorca.

Access to the house is through a beautiful entrance with two arches leading to the living rooms and the staircase accessing the first floor. The living room flows into the winter dining room, summer dining room, kitchen and a courtyard with fountain which leads to the chapel.

The first floor has a large open living room with grand piano, a library with art-nouveau closed balcony. There are 8 bedrooms, all of them are suites with a living room and fireplace, except one which is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
