In amazing Cycladic-style, Artisti Watercolor is a stand alone classic Greek Villa well positioned on over 4000 sqm of land, overlooking Agrari and Elia Beach.

Artisti Watercolor is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the island. Importantly we are well protected from the strong summer northerly winds. Its a quick walk down the hill to the quiet Agrari family beach and restaurant then an easy walk over the rocks to the popular Elia beach.

The outdoor terraces have recently been renovated to include more dining and lounging space. The villa features breathtaking sea views, an enormous infinity pool, private patio with jacuzzi, an outdoor terrace with poufs, surrounded by greenery and a fire-pit – perfect for a glass of wine with friends in the evening. The lower terrace is ideal for meditations, yoga classes or just a peaceful moment in front of nature in the morning. A designer lighting system illuminates the outdoor areas at night giving a special charm and ambience.

There are two living rooms in the main building: the most spacious one features a fireplace, sofas and a Smart TV. The other one is located on the ground level. There is a sound system and a portable JBL for use on the outdoor pool terrace. A dedicated Netflix & Spotify subscription is provided, or you can use your own.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all necessary appliances, utensils and cutlery for indoor and outdoor use. The large stylish dining area has a stunning sea view.

There are 6 spacious bedrooms in the villa, each one with its own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and everything else you may need to feel as comfortable as if you were at home. Artisti Watercolor accommodates up to 12 guest comfortably, over 3 separate buildings providing guests with extra privacy.

Bedroom 5 (Guest/Pool house)
Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom – upper level.

Bedroom 6 (Separate guest suite)
Two single beds (can be pushed together), air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower.
