Belle Epoque is an old Ibicencan finca that has been lovingly and carefully restored in recent years, incorporating the latest technology and infrastructure without giving up any of its traditional and rural magic. Set amidst gardens of aromatic herbs and fruit trees and overlooking the spectacular Ibicencan coastline, Belle Epoque offers guests a unique view of the countryside and direct access to the gentle rural atmosphere of Ibiza’s north coast.

All the facilities of the house are top quality and include air conditioning and a well-equipped modern kitchen. The main house has a total of 5 double bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms and one is a family room consisting of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In addition there are 2 bedrooms in the garden with private terrace and sunset views, both en-suite.
There is also a separate guest house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with its own kitchen and living room, located outside in the middle of the gardens.

In the main house there is a large living room with fireplace and ample space to read, play games, watch TV or just lay back and listen to music. Adjacent to the large modern kitchen is a beautiful dining room with large windows overlooking the garden.

The gardens include a lovely lush lawn with spectacular sea views, the characteristic infinity pool, herb gardens full of aromatic plants and shrubs, an outdoor dining area and plenty of small shaded relaxation corners with armchairs and hammocks.

For the children there is a tree house to play in and plenty of safe areas to wander around. The large green lawn is easily transformed into a soccer field for both adults and children.

The dedicated 70 m2 yoga space with sunset views will keep you energized throughout your vacation (a private yoga teacher can be hired to come during your stay, at an additional cost). You can also use the outdoor gym located next to the yoga platform, not to mention the new barrel sauna.

The wonderful ‘Garden Chringuito Bar’ and the ‘Rustic Disco’ can be used for any celebration you wish to have during your stay.

Master Suite
The only room on the rooftop of the main house, with breathtaking sea views all the way to Formentera, this room enjoys total privacy. It has a huge private terrace with sun loungers and direct access to the pool. Of 25 m2, bright and spacious, it has a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower. It also has air conditioning, TV, WIFI and minibar.

Room 2
This 20 m2 double room is located in the main house and has a nice decoration, original Sabina beams on the ceiling and a nice relaxing atmosphere. It includes a comfortable double bed (160 x 200cm), a bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV and WIFI.

Room 3
This double room of 20 m2 is located in the main house and has a nice decoration, original Sabina beams on the ceiling and a nice relaxing atmosphere. It includes a comfortable double bed (160 x 200cm), a bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV and WIFI.

Bedrooms 4 and 5
This “family room” is located in the main house. It has two bedrooms, one double (160 x 200 cm bed) and one with two single beds (two 90 x 200 cm beds) and a bathroom with shower. These rooms are ideal for families with children. They have air conditioning, TV and WIFI.

Rooms 6 and 7
This “family room” of 45 m2, is located 20 meters from the main building and has two bedrooms, one double (160 x 200 cm bed) and one with two single beds (two beds of 90 x 200 cm), two bathrooms with shower and a private terrace with sunset. It also has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and private parking. Ideal for families with children.

Bedrooms 8 and 9
The 80 m2 ‘independent guest house’ is located 30 meters from the main house, and comes with a fully equipped kitchenette and living room. It has two bedrooms, one double (160 x 200 cm bed) and one with two single beds (two 90 x 200 cm beds), a bathroom with shower, a private terrace with sunset and private parking. It also comes with air conditioning, WIFI and TV. Ideal for families with children or to share with friends.
