Set within 10,000m2 of beautiful gardens filled with fruit trees, including apricots, peaches, figs and almonds, it enjoys beautiful views across farmland to the neighboring pine slopes.

The gardens are also home to a large game of checkers, a ping-pong table, a petanque court and a trampoline. Children will love the large play area with playground, swings and two wooden playhouses.

Through the sunny lawn, dotted with tall pine trees and sun loungers, you reach the fabulous swimming pool. With a 10m x 6m main pool, a separate Jacuzzi and a solar heated children’s pool, this is another great family feature in this wonderful Ibicencan vacation home.

Next to the pool, a shaded terrace features an elegant outdoor dining table, which seats twelve people. Additional tables and benches are available, seating up to 40 people. The terrace surrounds the house and offers a nice plancha/grill area and a summer kitchen overlooking the flower-filled gardens.

Soak up the glorious Ibizan sun on a poolside lounger, relax on a plush lounge in the shade of the terrace, or head up to the rooftop to watch the incredible sunsets.
