Located in the heart of the island, just a few minutes from the beautiful and lively village of Santa Gertrudis.
In only 10 minutes you are in the heart of Ibiza town or at one of the popular beaches and beach clubs.

The first floor features a large living room with a cozy sitting area, two fireplaces and a piano. The living room leads to the huge dining room, which is next to the beautiful traditional, but brand new kitchen. The kitchen offers a 1 meter wide Boretti gas stove with two ovens, a microwave, a wine cooler, a very large American fridge.

Adjacent to the kitchen and living room is a game room with a pool table and a sitting area with fireplace.

From the kitchen there is a direct access to the covered chill-out and terraces towards the large pool. The chill-out area has very comfortable sofas, a large bed and also has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, including a barbecue.

Unlike many other authentic fincas, Can Santa is also equipped with central heating and air conditioning in almost all rooms.

On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with its own large bathroom. The master bedroom also has a very large roof terrace with spectacular views over the valleys, with sun loungers and an exclusive outdoor bathroom.
You will also find on the second floor a lovely double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This room has both access from the house and an additional independent entrance from the outside.

On the first floor you will find 2 double bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom and the other bedroom uses the adjacent large guest bathroom.

On the opposite side of the chill-out area you will find the separate and beautifully designed guest house, where you will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a beautiful kitchen and a living room.

The guest house has its own covered pergola, under which you can enjoy the shade, relax in the hammock or enjoy lunch in the cozy dining area.
