Offer Extra Services: The refundable deposit must be paid to us by bank transfer at least 4 weeks before arrival. This will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure. Any damage caused will be offset against the deposit. Pool Heating - additional €60 per day to be added to price. This flat rate is also charged for the desired pre-heating. This lasts 24 to 96 hours depending on the outside and (desired) water temperature. For a late check-in (20:00 to 24:00) a fee of 80 € will be charged. Event Fees - Depending on the number of guests and the duration of the reservation, an event fee of 1,500 - 5,000 euros will be charged in addition + any costs for additional toilets etc. Exact amount on request. Max number of additional guests is 50. Pets can stay, but only on request - extra cleaning charge of 150 euros will be charged Own chef - Price on request Breakfast - On request 35€/hour Cleaning service - 280€/day (8 hrs) Shopping service - 200€ (3 hrs), pre-stocking possible
