The elegant furnished living room offers all the amenities for unforgettable moments with friends and family. It has cosy upholstered sofas and armchairs, a huge full HD Television and sound system for indoor and outdoor use.

The fully equipped newly designed, high-quality white gloss kitchen offers the ideal place to create Mediterranean cuisine during your stay. Both the kitchen and the living room lead directly to the spacious terrace – nestled between fragrant lavender and citrus trees. The beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden has been created with much love and in the evening is illuminated.

Outdoor areas offer a large 14m x 8m pool, surrounded by sun beds and parasols and a yoga area. The terraces and the covered barbecue area with a large professional grill, serves as a great outdoor lounge area to relax and unwind as well as to eat together al-fresco.

Positioned on 1.6 hectares of land with air conditioning and heating throughout, there is also a laundry room with washer and tumble dryer.
