The palm-filled gardens and whitewashed low-rise buildings cluster around the sunny pool terrace to create a wonderful sun-drenched oasis. Relaxing in the gardens or around the pool feels ridiculously private considering its location; Ibiza’s best supermarket, Es Cuco, is just 300 meters away.

Park Pini’s charming outdoor spaces are designed for everyone’s enjoyment. Relax on a large sun lounger by the 10 x 5 m swimming pool (heated at extra cost) and soak up the Ibizan sunshine. Or sit on the shaded patio under a tall, fragrant pine tree to watch the barbecue or chat with friends. The little ones will love playing on the lawn; there is even a fish pond for them to investigate.

Next to the house, several terraces offer a mix of sun and shade. By the pool there is a dining area for six under a pergola wrapped in pink bougainvillea. Or perhaps you’d prefer a cooler outdoor dining area, seating twelve, next to plush sofas and shaded by tall traditional wooden beams.

This terrace opens onto the main living room, a soft, creamy white space with plush sofas, winter fireplace and traditional terracotta tiles. On the mezzanine, a grand piano invites you to play, while a bright and sunny kitchen beckons in the opposite direction. Well equipped, with a large rustic breakfast table, the kitchen has sliding glass doors that fully open the space to a lovely patio.
From here you can access the laundry room or the gym. It has yoga mats, free weights, an elliptical bike and a multi-station machine, as well as housing three bicycles that guests can use.

Guest accommodations at the Park Pini continue the theme of rustic wood, traditional terracotta tiles and dreamy white bedding throughout the spacious and beautifully appointed rooms. The master suite features a winter fireplace and access to a sunny terrace.
