This villa is an absolute surprising and unique unit assuming that the designer had absolute free hands and greater visions when he designed this building.

It`s construction is in minimalistic style though the interior decorating skills and creativity of the owners have made this home very inviting.

When entering the villa a 400 year old Olive tree is left in peace inside the construction.

All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are positioned well apart for total privacy. Two bedrooms is located directly to the right from the entrance. As you continue through the hallway another bedroom with en suite bathroom is located left of the entrance.

Straight forward the living presents itself in an open plan situation where you find – on entrance level to the right – the indoor dining area for 12 persons and also the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room, kitchen and recreational area is one level down.

From the kitchen area there is direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool area.

The master bedroom is absolutely spacious with a great en suite bathroom and walk in closet with views to the pool area. In total there are 5 bedrooms. Another bedroom with en suite bathroom is located in the basement area with direct access to the pool area.

The partly covered terrace with its quality terrace furniture as well as the lounge seating has an atmosphere of great cosiness.

POOL HEATING: The pool can be heated during low season (October – May) at an additional weekly cost. If customers require pool heating this needs to be informed when making a reservation or at least 1 week before arrival.

At the pool sight there are various sunbeds for sunbathing.

The property is located in a short distance to public transportation and shopping. And is very near the Port of Banus
