This elegant Ibizan vacation home enjoys a superb location on the west coast of Ibiza, just 250 meters from the sparkling sea, some of Ibiza’s best secluded beaches are within walking distance, making it ideal for enjoying these picturesque beaches and their famous sunsets.

Sit on a sun lounger on the poolside terrace and while away the hours gazing at the sparkling Mediterranean Sea and the mythical island of Es Vedra. When you’ve had your fill of the Ibizan sun, cool off in the 13 x 3.5 m pool that stretches the width of the property.

Beyond the pool, there are lawns with palm trees for the little ones to play on, large terraces where you can relax in the shade or enjoy an alfresco meal with friends. Next to the house, a wooden deck creates the perfect barbecue area, with another outdoor dining area, seating up to ten people; ideal for entertaining.

Inside, the modern interiors of white walls and polished concrete floors are softened by plush furnishings, bright touches of color and magnificent views of the pool and ocean. A cozy living room is open to a spotless kitchen, complete with breakfast bar for three and garden views.

The combination of sleek polished concrete and white walls with colorful furnishings and artwork continues in each of the six bedrooms. All four in the main house have modern en-suite bathrooms. In the guest house there are two more double bedrooms with shared bathrooms.

The view of the sunny terrace from the freestanding bath in the upstairs master bedroom is what really captures the magic of this property. From here, while bathing, you can gaze out over the shimmering Balearic Sea to the island of Es Vedra.
