Villa Serra Alta occupies a picturesque location on the west coast of Ibiza, a short drive from San Antonio and just a few meters from one of Ibiza’s most famous and perfect beaches. Peek through the trees from Villa Serra Alta’s sunny pool and you can see the deep blue waters of the Mediterranean just a few meters away.

This is a glorious spot, just meters from the golden sands and turquoise waters of Cala Bassa beach. Approach from the road to see the angular whitewashed vacation home, shaded by tall pine trees. Fragrant needles crunch beneath your feet, releasing a wonderful vacation scent, as you walk along the path.

The generous plot means there are plenty of relaxing outdoor spaces to enjoy here at Villa Serra Alta. From the shady covered parking area by the front door, lawns surround the outside of the property to the rear, where a large terrace overlooks the sea.

Here, a large saltwater pool stretches the width of the property, with Greek seating at one end and, at the other, a spectacular infinity drop to the pines and beach.

Next to the pool, a sunny terrace with sun loungers offers places to relax in the Ibiza sun. A lower terrace features a tiled outdoor dining area with large sliding glass doors leading to the indoor kitchen. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the golden sunsets for which this part of Ibiza is famous.

Next door, a covered porch with wooden decking also overlooks the pine trees and the sea, with sun loungers for a quieter chill-out space away from the pool.

Inside Villa Serra Alta, you will find spacious and bright rooms with modern and bright furnishings, offering every comfort. A large living room with plush sofas and a cinema TV is open to the formal dining room, which seats eight. Sliding doors give access to a shaded chill-out space. The sleek, modern kitchen is well equipped with a large worktop, a large American fridge-freezer and modern appliances, and sliding doors opening onto the pool terrace.

The six bedrooms are a mix of doubles and twins for versatile accommodation. Four of them have en-suite shower rooms, while two of the doubles share a bathroom.

Villa Serra Alta is a great mix of modern comforts and attractive outdoor spaces in an incredible location, just a short walk from one of Ibiza’s most popular and beautiful beaches.
