Stay & Feel is equipped with an open-space living area that incorporates a modern, fully equipped kitchen – with a sleek island next to the dining area – as well as a breezy sitting room, great for al fresco dining. This continues onto the terrace which overlooks the garden and pool and features an outdoor dining table for 6.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds and the other room with a single bed, for up to 5 family members or friends and 2 separate bathrooms. The master bedroom has a separate dressing room.
Outside, in the pool area of the condo, you will love its quiet atmosphere, or swim in the clear waters of the pool, it is also perfect for your children, as it has a children’s pool!

The location of our apartment is perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area. Puerto Banus is only a 15 minute walk away, as is the beach. You have some restaurants and bars less than 5 minutes walk away, along with a supermarket. The old town of Marbella is a 10 minute drive, and you have 4 world class golf courses within a 5 minute drive (Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and La Quinta).

From its convenient location in Nueva Andalucia, you will have quick and easy access to many of the Costa del Sol’s coveted attractions, beaches, cutting-edge cuisine, natural wonders, mountaintop white villages, and much more. Marbella’s warmer microclimate is an excellent advantage of visiting southern Spain, so you can go to the beach even in winter if you wish. The clear skies and relaxing walks along the shore can turn your vacation into a wonderful break from work.
