Located in the hills of Cala Vadella Ibiza, Verde Silencio lives and breathes modern Ibiza, an ideal relaxing bohemian-chic retreat. The unique location of Verde Silencio brings a magical mix between nature, beach and sunset filled evenings.

With lots of attention to detail and atmosphere the house is a real home away from home, a place to relax, take your mind off and enjoy everything Ibiza has to offer.

The house was completely renovated in 2019 and consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, several private terraces and air conditioning throughout.

The completely fenced outdoor area has distant sea views, as well as a heated pool with a plunge pool area for children and a covered bbq patio with luxuriously comfortable seating. There is also parking for 3-4 cars.

Cala Vadella is one of the most picturesque beaches in Ibiza. Family friendly and with a good ambiance even during winter time. There are many restaurants and a beach club for entertainment.

From the house it’s a 5 min drive down the mountain to get to the beach. There is a supermarket and a great restaurant (Can Pa) around the corner. The next town is San Josep, just a 15 min drive inland, where you will find the bigger supermarkets and shops.

Sleeping Arrangements

Bedroom 1
Ground Floor – 2 singles or 1 double, black-out curtains, air conditioning/heating. Separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Bedroom 2
First Floor – 2 singles or 1 double, blackout curtains, air conditioning/heating. Private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Terrace with sea views.

Master Suite
First Floor – King-size bed, large storage space, air conditioning/heating. Private bathroom with shower, bath, sink and separate toilet. Terrace with sea views. Space for a baby cot.

Includes

Pool heating at no extra cost from April until June (dependant on the weather) and then again from mid-September until the beginning of November. Also, for bookings during the winter season, pool heating can be switched on. The pool will not heated during the summer months.
