The flat is located in a privileged location, next to the Plaza de Santa Ana, in the heart of the Barrio de las Letras, only 500 meters from the Prado Museum and the Puerta del Sol. This luxurious flat is very bright and has 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and a large living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

The Salon
It is the biggest treasure of the flat. It is divided into two different spaces, one that serves as a dining room – with a marble table that can hold up to 10 people – and another that is the relaxation area. In the latter you will find a 55-inch Smart TV with pay channels, a Netflix account for you to enjoy the best series and films, and a PlayStation 4 that can be used as a console or as a Blu-Ray player.

The entrance hall has been decorated with designer furniture as it is very important to us that our guests feel at home from the moment they first enter the flat. It is the perfect place to relax and read a book.

Main Room A
This impressive master bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 x 190 cm and a separate space that can be used as an office. It also has a bathroom in the corridor next to the room and thanks to the large windows a lot of natural light comes in through the balcony.

We value your rest very much, so all our beds are designed to the highest standards of comfort. All the mattresses are made of the latest generation of Italian viscoelastic, manufactured with hypoallergenic materials, just like all the bedding.

This nice and bright room has a double bed of 180 x 200 cm, a table from which you can work and a bathroom en suite.

Room with bunk beds A
This room is nice and minimalist and you will find two single beds of 90 x 190 cm. One of them can be folded up in case only one person sleeps in that room. The bathroom is in the next room.
FOR THE LITTLE ONES AND NOT SO LITTLE ONES

This room has been specially thought and designed for the youngest, but as it has two single beds of 90 x 190 cm it can also be used by two adults without any problem. In case only one person sleeps in the room, one of the beds can be folded up. The bathroom is right in the next room.

The Kitchen
The flat has a large kitchen that is fully equipped, with everything you might need to prepare a quick breakfast or a meal with your family and friends. It has a fridge, freezer, induction cooker with 3 hotplates, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Italian coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, toaster, juicer and of course a variety of pans, pots and pans and cutlery.

Shopping
Given its location, right in the centre of the city, you are a short distance from one of Madrid’s shopping areas such as Calle Fuencarral where there are shops such as Michael Kors, Custo Barcelona, Adolfo Dominguez, El Ganso, Levi’s, etc. or in Gran Vía where you will find Desigual, Zara, H&M, the official Real Madrid shop. In Puerta del Sol there is the Apple Store and next door there are large shops such as El Corte Inglés or Fnac.
Eat
In this neighborhood there are many taverns and many other incredible places if you want to try the authentic Spanish tapas, like for example Casa Labra or Lhardy. Very close to the flat you can also find a very special place, the Lateral de Santa Ana at 2 minutes.
Party
Many of the city’s fashionable places are in the area, from small indie or hipster style clubs in the Calle Fuencarral and Sol areas, to terraces such as The Room, Grand&Cafe, Tartan Room, Sky Lounge, the Sabatini Gardens terrace and the Café de los Asturias. Very close to this flat is La Fontana de Oro, a great place to have a drink.
Culture
In the neighbourhood we can find great places to visit within a few minutes walk, such as the Teatro Calderón at 5 minutes, the Museo Lope de Vega at 3 minutes or two of the most important museums, the Museo del Prado at 10 minutes or the Museo Thyssen Bornemisza at 8 minutes walk. In the surroundings you can also enjoy other places like the Almudena Cathedral, the Royal Palace and its gardens, the Temple of Debod, etc. The location of this flat is excellent, so you can enjoy the centre of Madrid from the door of your flat
