On entering the villa, you are greeted with a wonderful, homely feel, with earthy colours, beautiful modern artwork and a fantastic garden and plant life blooming around the windows, integrating the outdoors into the living room.
The entrance level welcomes you with the light and airy open plan living/kitchen area which seamlessly blends in with the garden and terraces. On this level, there is a dining and living area with access to the side terrace, and a large fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and access to the rear patio. On the rear patio, there is a barbecue and a small seating area.
From the living room, you can walk straight out to the main partially covered terrace, with a large dining table, that leads through the lush green garden down to the pool area.
Back inside, a beautiful staircase leads to the second floor, where you have two spacious ensuite bedrooms. The large master bedroom features a king-size bed, a projector to watch series or movies, a large wardrobe and a bigger bathroom with a bath, separate shower and double sink. From the master bedroom, you also have direct access to the top terrace with a seating area, sofas and a parasol.
The second bedroom on the right has two comfortable single beds with access to the terrace through the hallway.
On the lower level of the house, there are two double ensuite bedrooms, with a separate kitchenette and a living room with an extra sofa bed. The bottom floor can therefore be used as a separate apartment if you wish.
On the lower level, you also have a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a large water filtration system which offers you fantastic clean drinking water throughout the house.
The garden is split over two levels and is surrounded by luscious greenery providing privacy. There are multiple fruit trees growing in the garden.
Villa Calypso offers individual air conditioning systems in all bedrooms, underfloor heating, high-speed wifi, and private parking space for several cars.
The area of La Campana offers tranquillity and privacy but is still only a stone’s throw from all amenities. There are various bars and restaurants within walking distance. You will find yourself within just a few minutes’ drive to Puerto Banús, Marbella Old Town and Marbella’s other highlights. For golf lovers, the golf clubs of Los Naranjos and Magna Marbella (par 3 for beginners) are located just a few minutes’ walk away from the villa.
