There is a separate dining room, with a table for 10, and access to the outdoor BBQ area. The Kitchen features a breakfast nook and a central table, a double fridge/freezer and access to the outside, where there are lovely views of the La Concha Mountain. There is a laundry area with a washer and a dryer.
There are 2 bedrooms on this level: the Master, with sea views from the bed and direct access to the terrace; and a second double bedroom. These share a bathroom (recently refurbished) that has a double sink and double walk-in rain shower.
Upstairs there is a Second Master Bedroom with a feature fireplace and a large private terrace with a Balinese bed…. And more amazing views!
Furthermore, on this level, there are two Twin-Double Bedrooms (with 160cm beds), and a large bathroom with a shower that enjoys sea views!
From the Kitchen, Dining Room and Lounge you can access the large terrace which features a covered outdoor kitchenette with BBQ and sink, ample seating areas, and a very large dining table …. perfect for cooking up a great meal while enjoying the natural scenery.
On the terrace you will also find a pool table and table-tennis.
There are a couple of sunloungers at the entrance to the Master bedroom.
There is a lawned garden with stairs down to the pool area. Here there is a Moroccan-style Chill-out area, the large pool and 8 sunloungers.
Further down, there are various seating areas in a natural setting for you to enjoy reading and relaxing surrounded by peace and natural scenery. And for the more active guests, there is a covered gym area – perfect to work out while looking out over the world!
The villa benefits from an internal/external sound system and a jacuzzi.
There is a private driveway with electric gates and a carport for 2 cars and space for 3 more cars.
