Located 2km South from the hustle bustle of San Antonio, Bellezza di Alba is ideally located to do it all or absolutely nothing!

Set on a large plot the villa boasts mature gardens with vivid bougainvillea and fruit trees to the sides and rear of the property, with ample parking at the front… all secure behind a large electric gate.

Next to the pool, we have a cool relaxing covered sofa area, as well as 2 oversized cabanas, perfect for when the Ibizan sun gets too hot. There is also an outdoor bbq / bar and dining space for those lovely long Spanish evenings under the stars.

Bellezza di Alba is a very large house with air conditioning throughout, as well as high speed WiFi throughout the house and garden.

The house consists of a bright modern kitchen diner, huge lounge area and a large TV/cinema room, complete with a 62 inch TV with Netflix and English channels.

Perfectly located, Bellezza di Alba is only a 10-minute walk to the shops, a 5-minute drive from the beach and 20 minutes from the airport.

Master Suite
First Floor – Huge spacious bedroom with 4 poster bed, large flatscreen TV, air conditioning, terrace, dressing room. En-suite bathroom with large bath (big enough for two), large walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2
Ground Floor – Twin beds, air conditioning, flat screen TV, Jack and Jill bathroom adjacent to the hallway.

Bedroom 3
Ground Floor – Double room, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 4
Ground Floor – Double room, air conditioning, access to ‘Jack and Jill’ style bathroom with shower (shared with bedroom 5).

Bedroom 5
Ground Floor – Double room, air conditioning, flatscreen TV, dressing room, daybed, access to ‘Jack and Jill’ style bathroom with shower (shared with bedroom 4).

Bedroom 6
Lower Floor Separately Accessed Apartment – Twin room, air conditioning, living area with daybed, en-suite bathroom with shower.

Price includes the final clean. There will be a mid-stay clean for durations of 11 nights or more. Any additional cleaning can be arranged at additional cost.
