To the left is the second bedroom and a corridor to the right leads to the second bathroom and in the background to the master bedroom with its bathroom en suite.

The kitchen, in grey and brown colours, has an elegant dark marble top and modern built-in furniture. It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and technology, and with all the necessary household items and utensils.

The master bedroom has a large bed (1.80×2.00m) with fabric headboards, bedside tables and large built-in wardrobes that hide a large flat screen TV. It has a large window that gives it a lot of light. The bathroom has a glazed cabin with marble slab, two sinks, and the toilet area is separate and independent with a door. The second bedroom has two single beds in a nest, with its bedside table, and built-in wardrobes. Both bedrooms look out onto a quiet, low traffic back street, with double glazed windows to completely isolate the noise of the city. The entire floor has a wooden floor, except for the slab in the bathrooms.
