In the urbanization of Can Pep Simó, 5 min. drive from the city center and the marinas of Ibiza Nueva and Marina Botafoch. The house of Mediterranean architecture with contemporary details and decoration, is south facing and enjoys magnificent panoramic views of the sea, Dalt Vila, the bay of Talamanca and Formentera in the background. The nearest beaches are Talmanca and S’Estanyol, both within a 5-10 min. drive.

DISTRIBUTION: A wooden door opens onto a porch from where we can already contemplate the magnificent views. From the patio you reach the different rooms that make up the house, all of them independent of each other and distributed on different levels.

ENTRANCE LEVEL
. On the right hand side there are 2 double rooms (both with 2 single beds), one with a bathroom and the other with a shower room (Hamman).
. On the left hand side there are two double bedrooms, one master suite and one double with shower room and TV.

LOWER LEVEL
. 2 double rooms (with twin beds) each with shower room.
. Large living room with 3 comfortable sofas and access to the terrace. TV corner with cushioned sofas and fireplace.
. Small dining room communicating with the kitchen with views, very spacious and equipped: ceramic hob with 5 burners, 90 cm. electric oven, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, …. . Large open terrace with summer dining area under the shade of a pine forest.
