Located on the 7th floor of the building, it has two floors: on the first floor (70 metres) there is a living-dining room and a large kitchen, and on the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and two singles.

Flats designed in detail for your comfort and visual enjoyment. In every corner you can appreciate the perfection of the architecture studio in charge of the construction of the building in 2017. All the flats are very luminous due to the fact that the entire front wall of the flat is a large window that lets light into the interior.

The building has an outdoor swimming pool open during the summer season and a gym open 24 hours a day for free use and completely free of charge for our guests.

All the flats have a king size bed (180cm x 200cm) and high quality pillow, essential for the rest of our guests, as well as a double sofa bed. In addition, in all our flats we have a large Smart TV connected to our free wifi, microwave oven, dishwasher, complete kitchenware, Nespresso coffee machine and coffee, hairdryer, bathroom utensils, iron and sheets and towels so that absolutely nothing else is needed to settle in this comfortable space.

The underfloor heating and cooling system with wooden flooring as well as the heating and air-conditioning system ensure that the guest is at an ideal temperature at all times.

The flat management team will be available 24 hours a day to answer any questions you may have, both about the flats (depending on the season) and about the different leisure and gastronomic options in the area.

ACCESS TO THE FLAT

There is no reception in the flats.
On the morning of your arrival you will receive the corresponding code and explanations on how to access the flat.
The check in can be done at any time from 16h, since it is with codes and the check out limit is at 11h.
