Distribution: entering the flat we find the ground floor where all the common areas of the flat are located, the kitchen, the dining room, the living room at double height, a bathroom and the terrace. The wardrobe extends along one of the sides of the ground floor of the flat. On the upper floor there is the bedroom with a bathroom and a part of the private living room only for the bedroom. It also has a comfortable dressing room.
Design: modern, recently built flat (year 2018), with clean walls, the mixture between the white of the walls and the wood of the furniture generates a very pleasant feeling for the guest. The windows go from the ceiling to the floor gaining a lot of light.
Facilities: it has a radiant and refreshing floor where the guest has an atmosphere with very good temperature as well as air conditioning. The terrace is very pleasant both for breakfast and for lunch or dinner. The two bathrooms (one upstairs and the other one on the ground floor) allow a separation between the rest area and the rest of the flat.
How it works: the air is connected to the radiant and refreshing floor, being very healthy. It works by season, only being able to offer either heat or cold depending on the use of the system at that moment. The kitchen is of induction, the oven is also microwave. It has a fire detector.
Furniture: it has everything necessary to enter to live and design furniture. The sofa is a bed to be able to welcome more people in the flat without taking away space for the common areas.
Building: newly built, it has a swimming pool and a gymnasium. An avant-garde design that draws the attention of tenants and passers-by.
Barrio: it is located in the emblematic Barrio de Salamanca in Madrid. Very close to the streets of Velázquez, Ortega y Gasset and Serrano where the main renowned shops are located. We can also find neighbourhood shops with very nice designs. You can mix a day of shops with Hermés, Chanel, Tiffany’s, Suárez, Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, El Corte Inglés, Zara, Mango, Massimo Dutti, Michael Kors, etc.
Culture: we can find several museums and foundations of very good quality. The Juan March Foundation (organizes many exhibitions, concerts, talks, etc), National Library, National Archaeological Museum, Casa de la Moneda, Casa de América as well as the open air sculpture museum of La Castellana. The botanical garden is also close by.
Leisure: the Retiro Park is 1.7km away, a perfect distance to walk. You can do various activities such as having a drink in the bars, enjoying the boats on the lake, the fairs that are temporarily mounted, sports (from running, cycling, skating, yoga, football, tennis, paddle, etc).

Maintenance: we take care that there are no damages in the flat. Any incident has to be notified to the contact provided when the rent is made.
Entering and leaving the flat: when the reservation is made, we agree on the entry. This can be done by means of an independent entrance with codes. From 4 p.m. to 11 a.m., check in and check out. Any request outside these hours will have to be informed to our team who will evaluate the possibility.
