The central pieces of this space are its large Windows, which bring light to the entire apartment. Decorated with an elegant and cute style, in the living room you can relax with our Smart TV and paid channels such as Netflix or Movistar+. The double sofa bed brings the practicality to increase the capacity of this apartment to 4 people.

The main room
The main room of the apartment has a large king size bed and plenty of storage space in its closets to provide comfort to our guests. With a very original style due to its wallpaper, what stands out in this space is a large window that makes this room a very bright corner.

The Kitchen
A small and practical kitchen with everything you need for yor staym whether short or long. This space is fully equipped, with cutlery, oven, microwave, dishwasher and basic amenities. You will feel that you cook in your own home.

The Surroundings

Shopping
Located in the heart of the city. It is an ideal location for shopping. from nearby Preciados Street and its typical shops, to Gran Via, with firms such as Desigual, Zara, H&M or the oficial Real Madrid store. A few meters away, Fuencarral Street, one of the great comercial áreas of the city. There are shops such as Michael Kors, Custo Barcelona, Adolfo Domínguez or Levi´s. In the middl of Puerta del Sol is the Apple Store and large stores such as El Corte Inglés or FNAC.

Dining

The apartment is located in an ideal area to try the authentic Spanish tapas of classic taverns as Casa Labra or Lhardy. If you are a gourmet, you are in luck. Very close are La Terraza del Casino, with two Michelin Stars and led by chef Paco Roncero, or Dos Cielos Madrid led by the Torres Brothers.

Clubbing

If you want to know the night of Madrid you are in luck, because many of the cooles places are in this area. From small indie or hipster style clubs through the áreas of Fuencarral and Sol Street, to terraces such as The Room, Grand&Cafe, Tartan Room or Sky Lounge. If you prefer larger clubs Shoko or Kapital will be perfect for you.

Culture
Located next to the Puerta del Sol, the apartment overlooks this famous square, where the New Year´s bells hace been held since 1866. The Austrias District is a few minutes walk with some of the most famous buildings in the city like the Royal Palace or the Almudena Cathedral. All the culture are only 15 minutes away by taxi or public transport. El Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyseen Museums.
