Modern villa located in the area of Cala Vedella, one of the most beautiful beaches on the southwest coast of the island, about 5min from the nearest beaches, 10min from San Jose and about 25-30min from Ibiza town.

The front of the house has a very nice olive tree with a lawn. As for the back part, it has a nice swimming pool of 9x7m surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas and outdoor shower. It also has a covered lounge area and another outdoor dining area with barbecue.

The main house has two levels and consists of:
Main floor:

• 1 large living / dining room with LCD satellite TV and SONOS stereo.
• 1 fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer
• 1 suite with 1 bed 160×190, dressing room and private bathroom with shower
• 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160×190, dressing room and private bathroom with shower
• 2 bedrooms, each one with 2 beds 90×190
• 1 bathroom to share.

On the second floor,

• Living room with TV, reading area and nice views from the living/dining room. Access to a terrace with beautiful views over the islet Es Vedrà.
• 1 master suite with 1 bed 2×2, dressing room and private bathroom with shower.

Air conditioning, Internet WIFI and crib.

Alarm (interior and perimeter) and safe.

Parking for 2 cars.

Cleaning: Check-in and check-out cleaning (mandatory change every 7 days) and mid-stay cleaning with change of towels, cleaning of bathrooms and floors.
