Welcoming you, you will find an elegant and spacious hall with large modern pictures on the wall, which divides on the right the access to the social area, and on the left the rooms. From there, you can access the living room through a corridor where you will find the entrance to the kitchen. The room is open plan and includes two modern and very comfortable grey sofas of three seats each, a modern central glass table, an attractive carpet and a flat screen TV, which combines perfectly with a magnificent large format photograph taken by a contemporary artist.

The lounge area is very large, diaphanous and bright, with a large window from ceiling to floor, which provides the room with a lot of natural light, through which you can access a nice balcony with views over the street.

The living room is separated from the dining room by an antique wooden cabinet. The dining room for 6 people is adjacent to the living room and consists of a large wooden table with mustard-coloured chairs in a modern style, together with a large glass window that separates it from the kitchen.

It has a modern kitchen fully equipped with appliances and all the necessary utensils for 6 people. The attraction of the kitchen is that although it is not integrated into the dining room, it is separated by a large glass window that provides a lot of light.

The master bedroom is located next to the social area and has a comfortable double bed (1.80x 2.00), a padded headboard and flat screen TV on the wall. The attraction of this space is the light as it looks out onto the street through a large window, a large en-suite bathroom with shower tray and separated from the water through a door. At the entrance to this room there is a dressing room with fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. In the corridor to the other rooms there is a bathroom that serves as a secondary and guest room, which has a shower tray. The second bedroom includes two single beds (1.05 x 2.00), bedside tables, a comfortable built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom is at the end of the corridor and has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00) and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The whole flat has a wooden floor except for the bathrooms which are made of slabs.
