Far from the hustle and bustle of the south, Casa Sola is one with the natural serenity of Ibiza, set amidst the tranquil majesty of Ibiza’s north coast.

Accessed through a private gate leading to a tree-lined driveway, the property consists of two adjacent Ibicencan-style houses. The smaller finca is approximately 800 years old and retains many of its original features, such as the wonderful sabina roof and white walls, which reflect all the charm of Ibiza. Each of the houses has 3 bedrooms (a total of 6), kitchen and living room.

The larger of the two houses was designed by the famous architect Rolf Blakstad and features polished limestone floors, ornamental fountains and spacious rooms and balconies with breathtaking views.

The spacious living room, with its central fireplace, opens onto a beautiful Moroccan garden on one side and the sea-facing terrace on the other.

Around the villa, the scent of aromatic herbs will invigorate you. Stroll among mature olive and palm trees and, if in season, pick heavenly fruits from the pomegranate, fig and plum trees. The flowerbeds are filled with roses and lavender bordering fresh grass gardens.

There is a hidden play area for children with a slide and swings, but often children just want to explore the multitude of outdoor spaces hidden and waiting to be discovered.

The heated infinity pool, with its covered lounging area and elegant shade sails, is an ideal place to forget the cares of the world.

A 3-minute walk through the private pine forest will take you to the sea. Cala Xucla is a sandy cove that hugs the grounds of Casa Sola. At sunset, you can sit on the rocks and watch the sky turn different shades of pink, purple and orange.

Casa Sola is a perfect, romantic, beachside location for your wedding ceremony. Alternatively, a cliff-top ceremony with elevated views of the ocean is equally breathtaking (especially at sunset).
