Villa El Gallo has recently been refurbished to a high standard, modern Scandinavian style, blending to perfection the wooden, stone, and marble fittings alongside contemporary furnishings and decorative pieces.

Entering from the road you find the front garden, swimming pool, a gazebo, and finally an outdoor dining area fitted with a charcoal as well as gas powered grill.
Through the main door, on your left is the living area which extends into a stunning bar and lounge area blessed with high ceilings and panoramic views into the gardens and pool area. Beautiful downlighting and many large windows give an open, airy and spacious feel. There is plenty of seating to complete the sweet and cosy space.
The large open-plan kitchen features beautiful stone finishings all round and gorgeous white and black finishings. High chairs sit to the side of center piece as well as there being a breakfast corner to the side that make the kitchen not just the best place to explore your favourite recipes but also a nice social spot if and when you’d like it to be! You can also access the outside dining area directly from the here. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped and features dual American-style fridge-freezers.
Stepping out into the jaw dropping dining area, you get to enjoy a marvelous round table that sits 8 and has a lovely ceiling that is finished in wooden checkers to allow natural light to permeate into the dining area. Bright lunches and starry dinners, what more could you wish for?

There are 4 bedrooms within the home as well as 2 external studio style rooms outside of the main house. The Master Bedroom, a double with a massive en-suite bathroom/walk in closet with a shower and jacuzzi hot tub. There is another double bedroom which is also ensuite and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom between them.
Outside next to the car parking are the two external rooms which sit opposite each other. The first is a double bed and also has an ensuite washroom alongside having a nice glass desk and chair to provide you with a home office setup and a small kitchenette. The second is another double bed setup as well with a bathroom. These two rooms are ideal for teens or for those who enjoy their privacy and would enjoy time to themselves away from the group from time to time.

This lovely bright home features underfloor heating in the bathrooms, aircon and Wi-Fi throughout. The garden is ideal for providing greenery and space for the little ones to run around and also has a mini football pitch at the backyard.

The location of the villa is fantastic for families or small groups with the famous Puerto Banus, its beach, bars, restaurants and entertainment all within a 15 minute walk. On the way you will find a supermarket and shops within just a few minutes walk making this villa unique in its proximity to amenities.

There are 3 local golf courses as well which are close by and within 1.5kms of the house.
