Beautiful newly renovated design studio located in the area of Lista in the exclusive neighborhood of Salamanca, between the streets General Diaz Porlier and Conde de Peñalver. It consists of a large integrated area where the architecture and furniture have been designed to take advantage of all the spaces and create a very pleasant atmosphere. At the back is the dining room with a round wooden table lacquered in white and two chairs in black velvet. The kitchen is open plan in cream tones with marble top and is fully equipped with top of the line appliances, utensils and complete kitchenware for 4 people.

The bedroom is an integrated space but well defined by a column that separates it from the hallway and the living room, with a bed of size 1.60 x 2.00 that takes a leading role in the whole environment. It has a wooden headboard with reading lights and a large round mirror that reflects the light coming through the window. It has built-in closets on the upper wall. At the entrance, on the left hand side, there is a bathroom with shower with glass partition and wooden furniture.

All the closets are built-in with cream-colored lacquered doors. The window is insulated from outside noise with shutters that block the light. The floor is wooden except for the bathroom which is tiled. The building has an elevator, doorman, and on the mezzanine has a room with washing machines and dryers available for the community of neighbors.

Located in one of the most exclusive areas of the city, in the Barrio de Salamanca Lista area, surrounded by buildings with beautiful facades, lots of culture, elegant and modern life. This area concentrates most of the best luxury boutiques in the city, in Ortega y Gasset street. It is very close to museums and galleries that represent the cultural richness of the capital, and numerous stores, cafes, restaurants, bars, and all kinds of services just a few steps away.
