The other space includes a two-seater sofa, a wooden table and a console with a large flat screen TV. The living room has three balconies with a very nice view of the tree-filled street of this elegant neighbourhood.

The dining room has a circular wooden table for six people and an elegant vintage wooden console from the 1950s, which gives the space a lot of personality. The kitchen is integrated with the dining room and the living room and is fully equipped with everything the guest needs during his stay. It is decorated in pastel green, grey and white tones, with a dividing bar towards the dining room.

The bedrooms are on the opposite side of the lounge/dining room. The corridor to the bedrooms has numerous built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom is at the end of the corridor and has a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00) with a fabric headboard, two bedside tables and an attractive armchair in green velvet. It has a separate dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower in a glass cabinet. The second bedroom has a double bed (1.40 x 2.00) with a fabric headboard, a modern floor lamp and two bedside tables. The third bedroom has 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00) with fabric headboards, bedside tables with their lamps and a circular carpet. The second bathroom has a glass shower cubicle and is decorated in shades of grey.

The flat also has a washing and ironing room, where you can find the washing machine/dryer and a sink in a built-in cabinet. The floor of the whole flat is made of wood, which gives a cosy atmosphere to the whole space, except for the bathrooms which are made of grey microcement.
