Magnificent flat in the prestigious Barrio de Justicia with spectacular views of Madrid’s old town and the Madrid mountains. Privileged location just a few metres from the Barrio de Salamanca and its famous Golden Mile.

A beautiful and elegant living-dining room with three windows to the street, make this home a jewel of design and light difficult to find in Madrid. Open to the living room is the modern American kitchen. Next to the living room is also the master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room en suite and two windows to the street. The bedroom is separated from the dining room by a sliding door, has a double bed and direct access to a small dressing room and bathroom.

It offers the possibility of accommodating a third person for whom we mount an extra folding bed in the spacious living room. Air conditioning from May, heating all winter. The house has a smartTV prepared for all tastes with Movistar and Netflix free of charge. WIFI and a safe are also included (loss of key entails an extra charge of 100 euros). Modern kitchenette equipped with kitchenware and a wide range of small appliances (mixer, Nexpressso, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc). It also has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave.

A space just a stone’s throw from the most historic area of Madrid and next to the glamour of the Salamanca district, a space designed for enjoyment and rest.

Crossing the Plaza de Colón we enter the Barrio de Salamanca , a reference point in Madrid for shopping, the best fashion brands are represented in Madrid’s Golden Mile , and all within a 5 minute walk. A few meters from the flat is the Casino Gran Madrid Colón.

There are many and varied culinary options in the area, from the small and colourful bars in the Barrio de Justicia and Chueca area to the trendy restaurants such as Ten con Ten, Amazónico or Platea. At 10-15 minutes walking we can find the great cultural references of our city , Prado Museum , Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum , Caixa-Forum and also the authentic lung of Madrid , El Retiro , to take a walk by its beautiful gardens is an essential activity in any visit to the city.
