Condal Highs is a private luxury villa for an exclusive vacation in Barcelona, with maximum privacy and incredible sea views, just 15 minutes from the center of Barcelona and 5 minutes from the nearest beach.

Equipped with the latest technology available (GIRA), remote control of lights, blinds, central heating and air conditioning among many others. The Villa is located in a private residential community with a 24 hour security company.

Condal Highs is divided into 6 floors, all connected by the main elevator and glass staircase. The fifth floor features a spacious open plan living room with large windows, making the most of the natural light throughout the day and the amazing views to the sea, garden, pool or pond. The living room is furnished with a custom one-piece steel table with no center legs and a large Arabian style sofa by Roche Bobois. The huge 87-inch TV is built into the wall and mimics a bank safe.

Also on the 5th floor is the kitchen and pantry with stainless steel countertops and double American refrigerator. The kitchen has a large window overlooking the pool. All connected to the pool and 2500 m2 of landscaped areas with pond, waterfall, barbecue area, bar, outdoor jacuzzi, Finnish sauna and a chill out area with round bed and spectacular views.

On the 4th floor there is a magnificent master bedroom of 250 m2. While on the 3rd floor there is a state of the art gym, as well as an office area with a 5 meter long work table, and 4 of the guest bedrooms. On the 2nd floor there is a separate bedroom with bathroom.

On the 1st floor is the laundry room, while on the ground floor there is an arcade game room with: Foosball Table, Billiard Table, Arcade Machine (35,000 games), Ping Pong Table, Air Hockey Table, Electronic Darts and Pinball Machine. There is also a 2 car garage and electric charger on this floor.

The house is surrounded by the Serralada de Marina Park and has stunning ocean views that will add value to your stay, whether for a business trip or vacation rental. The house can also be rented for filming and shooting.
